Joanne Woodward Biography

- Sharing her mother’s love of film, Woodward ducked under the tapes at the premier of 'Gone with the Wind' and, seeing Laurence Olivier, she jumped up onto his lap and told him how fantastic he was. They were to work together nearly four decades later, in 'Come Back Little Sheba'.
