- As a child, he was allergic to chocolate.
- Has consistently turned down starring roles in potential Hollywood blockbusters, such as Speed, Interview with the Vampire, Bram Stoker’s Dracula, Robin Hood, Charlie Chaplin and Thelma and Louise.
- Two of Johnny Depp’s ex-girlfriends - Winona Ryder and Kate Moss - accidentally started fires after breaking up with him.
