Mick Hucknall Biography

- He is a prominent celebrity supporter of the UK Labour Party.

- Hucknall part-owns famed Parisian restaurant-bar Man Ray with John Malkovich, Sean Penn and Johnny Depp.

- Mick loves Italy and holidays there regularly. He is going into a wine project with a friend in Sicily and hopes to be producing wines within 2 to 3 years.

- During a Simply Red concert in Havana 2005, a man climbed on stage. He did not attack Mick, however as he began to move towards him, Mick felt forced to defend himself and gave the man a firm kick to the thigh. Fortunately it worked, the man retreated whereupon he was arrested and taken away.
