Five teams left. The work challenge this time is crop picking - the teams are out picking peppers all day in the hot sun.

This time the cast are told at the outset that the elimination is different - it's a straightforward race. Whichever team picks the fewest peppers will be eliminated. During the task two of the rich cast members collapse from heat exhaustion.

Back at the mansion the results are revealed - another team goes home.

The rich cast members are really beginning to change their views about life and work in unexpected ways. One says he has gained more satisfaction from completing these jobs than from anything he's ever done in his life. Others are bonding with their poor team-mates and cannot believe how hard their lives are.

Other teams are total mis-matches and can't stand each other.
