The two surviving teams go to an after school centre in South Central Los Angeles. This centre, in the heart of LA gangland, gives kids a place of refuge to get help with their schoolwork, do other activities and get a way out of the ghetto.

The teams have a day to completely make over the tatty main hall. At the end the teams think they will be judged by the centre manager, but they're sent back to the mansion unsure of how the final winner will be decided.

After another day at the mansion the two teams are brought out to the elimination ceremony. The host telss them: "The winners of this competition will be decided by the four of you.... ....and the 10 of them."

As the four cast members look round they see the 10 eliminated cast members filing back in - they will form the voting jury. Each of the four survivors then has to 'pitch' to the 10 jurors, explaining what they have learnt from the whole process and what they think their team-mate has learnt.

Then the jurors are taken off to consider which team they want to vote for (their choice is privately confirmed to the producers). They then return and publicly state their vote and their reasons for so voting.

The winning team is chosen, they get $100k each. The losers are miserable.
