Real Life follows five teenagers who are attending Britain's first ever residential "fat camp" for kids at the Carnegie Camp at Leeds Metropolitan University.

The camp was held over the summer and gives an intimate look into how the children coped with having their eating habits monitored, the exercise regime they were put through and the relationship they formed with each other during their six week stay.

We meet the teenagers who weigh anything from 11 to 20 stone and find out just what life is like living with the stigma of obesity in a world where slim is beautiful.
