Paris and Nicole are hired to work at a fast-food restaurant, but they’re bored and frustrated by the demands of the job, and soon rebel by pulling pranks during each of their assignments; when the Ledings reprimand them, the girls just go out dancing.
The girls are dirty dancing at a club, but their days have been spent in far more pedestrian pursuits. We rewind and see Paris and Nicole joining a quilting circle, where several grandmotherly women are working on a quilt. The girls are instructed in sewing the quilt, but it bores them. They suggest making the quilt more “edgy” by painting graffiti on it — a suggestion that horrifies the other quilters — and inquire hopefully whether the quilters have any hot young male relatives.
On the phone with her sister Nicky, Paris complains about how hard her “simple life” is. In the morning Janet awakens the girls early, so they can start new jobs at a fast food restaurant, Sonic. The girls arrive 45 minutes late, and are baffled when they’re told to fill out paperwork. They’re mortified to learn they have to wear hairnets, but they get started. In high heels, Paris rings up orders over the drive-thru speaker, and brings food out to customers.
Meanwhile Nicole flirts with all the male customers. At break, Paris and Nicole are unhappy that they have to pay for their meals, and at how long they’re expected to work. Back home Janet and Albert note that the girls ignore their chores, complaining that the girls create a lot of extra work. Back at Sonic the girls are assigned to change the marquee sign. They alter the sign to advertise half-price “anal salty wiener burgers.” Their boss is very angry, and has the girls dress up in costumes as large drinks, waving to passers-by. The girls give people the finger.
Fed up with their jobs, the girls — still in costume — go to a convenience store. Their boss tracks them down, and brings them back to work, admonishing them along the way. Nicole tries to make onion rings, but instead of doling them out individually, she quickly dumps all the sliced onions into the machine. Paris is supposed to make bacon, but eats it.
Albert and Janet stop by to check on the girls, and get a report of failure and pranks. When the girls get home that night, Albert sits them down for a talk. He reprimands them and tells them that their misbehaviour is reflecting badly on his family. Nicole says she never wanted to make the family look bad, and she and Paris seem dejected. They bounce back quickly, however, heading out to drink and dance that night. As the Ledings get ready for bed and say their prayers, Paris and Nicole spend the night dirty-dancing and making out with local men. The girls tiptoe in at 1:40am...
