Billy Cross is a man that wears many hats. He is a successful businessman, owner of multiple night clubs and the brains behind the brawn of the internationally known Australian male revue, "Thunder from Down Under."

Coming from a modest background as a bricklayer, Cross found his calling when he injured himself playing professional rugby league in Queensland.

Unable to play, Cross went on to pursue other interests. As a child, Cross envisioned himself being John Travolta, a ladies man that could easily get on stage and dance all night. His dream became a reality when he created the successful male revue "Thunder From Down Under" in 1988.

Cross went on to develop the Australian male dance troupe, "Thunder from Down Under" into an international phenomenon that has toured in 15 countries and has entertained over six million women.

In this episode, Billy only has 15 days left to select his seven guys. The contestants have the chance to prove themselves at their first photo shoot, but the thought of elimination piles on the pressure.
