[b]Canadian band Nickelback are one of the biggest selling rock acts on the planet, having sold in excess of 25 million records worldwide.[/b]

It might be an over simplification to say that they owe that success largely to one single, but, when ‘How You Remind Me’ was released in September 2001, it set a US record, which it still holds, for the most airplays ever for one song in a seven day period.

A band that only 12 months earlier had been shouting at audiences ‘do you know who Nickleback are?!’ would never need to shout again. In fact, they have notched up an impressive list of awards, including being nominated for seven grammies, and in 2006 they won three Billboard Music Awards.
