Brian Harvey found fame with popular British boy band East 17. At the height of the group's success, he seemed to have it all - fame, fortune and legions of adoring fans - until he admitted to taking Ecstasy.

Sacked from the band, he fell into a depression which saw him survive two suicide attempts, before ironically almost losing his life in a bizarre car accident.

Brian's injuries left him in intensive care and forced to endure hours of surgery, and for three months after, metal rods and frames held his shattered body together.

This programme follows Brian as he plans for an uncertain future in which he will have to fight to evebn be able to walk again, much less resuscitate his singing career.
