Viva Latina this Sunday on Bio

Bio is Livin' La Vida Loca on Sunday as we celebrate the lives of some the brightest talent from the Latino world.

We kick off at 6pm with Carlos Santana, synonymous with rock, jazz, blues and salsa. The Mexican-born guitar virtuoso stormed Woodstock in 1969 and was making 'world music' for years before the term gained currency.

Santana is followed by Gloria & Emilio Estefan at 7pm. It was a passion for Latino rhythms that united them, their talent built an empire and devotion has carried them through personal disaster.

We turn to Jennifer Lopez at 8pm. The all singing, dancing and acting Latino owner of the world's most famous behind reveals how she went from plain backing dancer to diamond-encrusted diva.

We premiere a new programme on Salma Hayek at 9pm. Hayek burst onto the scene in 1996 with her role opposite Antonio Banderas in Desperado and continues to take on brave roles. In addition to her film work she still serves as an advocate for women's and immigrants' rights.

At 10pm Antonio Banderas turns on his best Smouldering Face. With an eclectic collection of films to his name, including the Zorro films, Desperado and the musical Evita, Banderas has forged a successful career from the combination of his Latin good looks and versatility in performace.

We then look at the unspeakably handsome Ricky Martin at 11pm, followed by Penelope Cruz at 11:30pm, and our Latino special rounds up with Shakira at midnight.
