Photo shoot of Anna Nicole Smith revealed

A naked photo shoot of Anna Nicole Smith has emerged five years after her death at the age of 39.

She posed while pregnant with her second child Dannielyn for the Golden Palace Casino, which scrapped the advertising campaign after her untimely death.

Anna is painted in gold and shows off a large baby bump covering her modesty with her arms in the photo shoot, taken just a few months before her death from an overdose of prescription drugs in 2007.

According to the online casino, Anna had the idea of being painted in gold, taking inspiration from the film 'Goldfinger'.

The firm told the Daily Mail: "Like her persona, she wanted to capture the moment by doing something outrageous, memorable, and fun."

They added that they have now released the photos to pay tribute to her free spirit and sense of humour.

Anna came to fame at the age of 24 when she posed for Playboy. She also married oil billionaire Howard Marshall II at the age of 26 when he was 89-years-old.
