Sienna Miller shows off pregnancy in heels

Sienna Miller showed off her pregnancy for the first time at the Changing Face of Beauty event in New York.

The 'Layer Cake' actress wore a floor-length black gown with modest splits teamed with high blue heels.

Her outfit was complemented with two necklaces, bracelets, a chunky gold clutch and a stylish quiff.

This was the first time that Miller revealed her baby bump after announcing her first pregnancy last month.

She is expecting her child with fellow actor Tom Sturridge who did not accompany her to the event.

The 30-year-old is known for appearing alongside Heath Ledger in 'Casanova' (2005) and 'Alfie' with Jude Law in 2005, with whom she had a relationship.

Sienna also proved that she won't be putting her heels away just because she is expecting.
