Brad Pitt wants to marry Angelina Jolie 'soon'

Brad Pitt has revealed that he wants to marry his long-term partner Angelia Jolie, with whom he has six children, very soon.

The couple, who met while filming 'Mr and Mrs Smith' (2005), have previously said that they won't get married until gay marriage is legalised everywhere.

However, the 'Fight Club' star has now backtracked slightly by telling the Hollywood Reporter that it is "ludicrous" not to make a commitment to the person he loves.

He said: "We'd actually like to [get married] and it seems to mean more and more to our kids.

"We made this declaration some time ago that we weren't going to do it till everyone can. But I don't think we'll be able to hold out."

Pitt added that their children keep asking him and Angelina when they are going to get married and that it means a lot to the whole family.

The 48-year-old expanded that he and Angelina have not ruled out having more children even though they already have six.

Pitt is known for such films as 'Interview with the Vampire' (1994), 'Twelve Monkeys' (1995), 'Se7en' (1995) and 'Inglorious Basterds' (2009).
