Elton John wants Justin Timberlake to play him in biopic

Sir Elton John has revealed that Justin Timberlake is top of his wish list of actors to play him in a biopic.
The 64-year-old is currently producing a film, with his partner David Furnish, about his life, which is provisionally called 'Rocket Man'.
It is thought that the film will be a tongue-in-cheek musical in the same vein as 'Moulin Rouge' that will include tracks by John.
He told the LA Times: "I've got a wish list of people. No 1 on my wish list is Justin Timberlake, because he played me before in a David LaChapelle video of Rocket Man and was superb."
John added that an announcement on who will be directing the project will be made very soon.
Born Reginald Kenneth Dwight, John learnt to play the piano at the age of four. He changed his name by deed poll in 1972 after releasing his debut album 'Empty Sky' in 1969.
In 1970, he released his second album 'Elton John' and the single 'Your Song', which reached the top ten in the US and appeared in the film 'Moulin Rouge'.
