Former Oasis drummer auctioning off drum kit

Former Oasis drummer Tony McCarroll will be auctioning the drum kit he played on the album 'Definitely Maybe'.
The Sun reports that the band memorabilia is being sold via McCarroll's Facebook page for his book 'Oasis the Truth'.
He will be accepting bids via private message and the highest will be announced at the end of January.
The former Oasis drummer, who left the group under bad terms in 1995, told the newspaper: "It was a great recording set - Premier kit. Back in the day we would hire cymbals but the bass drum, toms and Black Beauty snare were mine. It's all up for auction.
"If this rolls out well I'll be giving part of the proceeds to a music-related charity too."
He revealed that he has been living a relatively normal life after leaving the band and has never used the Oasis name to his advantage.
Oasis released their debut album 'Definitely Maybe' in 1995 and it went straight to number one, making it one of the fastest-selling debuts in British history.
