Dr Rita Rakus

A specialist on Kitchen Sink to Catwalk in Episode 2, Dr. Rita Rakus has featured in many TV programmes and is regularly mentioned in prestigious tabloid articles, such as Tatler, Daily Mail, Elle, Sunday Times, New York Times, London Evening Standard, The Observer, Sunday Mirror, Aesthetic Medicine, Wendy Lewis and other publications.

Dr. Rakus has over 20 years of aesthetic medicine experience and aims to provide the highest level of expertise in non-surgical facial and body rejuvenation. She has become a market leader in her field and is a founder and Fellow of "The British Association of Cosmetic Doctors" (BACD).  She is also involved in training, lecturing and setting standards for practicing doctors within this field.

Dr. Rakus qualified as a medical practitioner at Sydney University, Australia, and is fully registered with the General Medical Council and the Care Quality Commission in the UK. She currently has one of the largest non-surgical practices in the UK based in Knightsbridge, London, opposite Harrods.

In addition to her level of expertise in the non-surgical aesthetic medicine field, which also includes DERMAL FILLERS and BOTOX, Dr. Rakus is known as the ‘London Lip Queen’ and has become a market leader in medical PR and 5 star medispa services which has developed her practice into the largest solo non-surgical practice in the UK and the 5th largest THERMAGE clinic in the world.
