Six women from around the country meet for the first time as they start the process of being turned into supermodels. Mentor Scott Henshall begins proceedings by dropping them in the deep end with a surprise meeting with the agents from Models 1 before they move into their new house.

The next day Scott pops round for a visit and then sends them all to The Sanctuary Spa for a facial ... and also to have their skin age tested!

The next day brings their first photo shoot with tanning brand Fake Bake. All the women rise up to the challenge but in the end the brand can only pick one winner.

The women are woken early by an Army Sergeant hell bent on getting them fit. After a strenuous session in the park, he sends them to a special appointment in Knightsbridge. There they have their skin analysed by London's Lip Queen, Dr Rita Rakus and are offered some fillers. Some of the girls decline, while others leap at the chance!

The next day they arrive at a studio to find out they have a casting for Sheba cat food - with a real cat! Most of the women are very excited about this prospect, except Jazmine who has never owned a cat in her life.

The next day they arrive at Virgin Active in East London and have a photo shoot showing the latest gym equipment. After a fun, active day, they are sent to Vinopolis for champagne tasting!

The six ladies arrive at revered hair stylist Errol Douglas’s Mayfair salon for their hair makeovers. Karen is shocked to hear she is receiving an elfin bob, whilst Christine has a total meltdown when she hears she is losing six inches and turning red! Micki’s silver is turned to brown and Angie’s face is reframed by her hair.  After tears, shocks and surprises, how do all the women feel about their new tresses?

The next day the girls are shocked to hear they are going to a casting for luxury lingerie brand Rigby and Peller. All the women have major reservations about strutting about in a pair of pants and a bra, feeling very hesitant about revealing their lumps and bumps.

The episode culminates in a beauty shoot for Frontcover Cosmetics. Michelle White, the Co-Founder of Frontcover Cosmetics, has assigned a specific look to each of the women with the best picture to feature in their new campaign.

The women arrive at The Globe Theatre and are met by Nikki Owen, the UK’s leading Confidence and Charisma Expert. She proceeds to work on their self esteem and in the process make a couple of them cry.

The next day they are called to a dance studio and are met by a fabulous catwalk coach - Vernon Francois. He puts them through their paces and gets them walking with attitude. He then introduces them to Jean Verner, CEO of Sculptz. She tells them they are going to be wearing her undergarments ... in Spitalfields Market.

The following day brings some serious glamour, as the girls arrive at a photo shoot and find out they are going to be wearing £750,000 worth of diamonds!

Scott Henshall, the ladies’ mentor, arrives at their apartment to host his own style school. The women have three minutes to change into an outfit suitable for a casting. Whilst the majority dress well for the occasion, some pick slightly dubious attire. 

After Scott’s style tutorial, it is time for a lesson in PR as the six women prepare to be interviewed by Sun TV Editor, Colin Robertson, and SHE magazine’s Karen Foster.

The episode’s photo shoot is to be an editorial spread in SHE magazine featuring all six women with a page dedicated to each lady! Karen Foster is on location to art direct the shoot.

Having been told that their final challenge will be modelling in a full scale fashion show, the ladies meet designer Elspeth Gibson for a fitting at her design studio. They then return home to see their photographs from their previous shoot and reach the conclusion that their model credentials have all hugely improved. Sam notes that the competition is wide open and anyone could the eventual winner.

The ladies spend their evening at their mentor Scott Henshall's glamorous Chelsea harbour side apartment where they hear Scott's opinion on plus sizes on the runway.

The following day, they meet with Models 1 for one final time to assess their portfolios before they enjoy lunch with Daphne Selfe, an iconic model still working at 81 years old.

The day of the show has arrived as the girls are greeted by their catwalk coach Vernon Francois, who takes the ladies for a final, rigorous runway training session. But there's still one more shock in store ...
