Smiling from magazines, posing on billboards and strutting on the TV, we are constantly surround by images of beautiful women with flawless complexions, perfect bodies and impeccable grooming. But how are the rest of us - those who are less physically advantaged, cash-strapped, and juggling the demands of work and family life - supposed to compete? Well, on our own terms and by making the most of our natural assets - including the curves - and adapting our routines to fit our purse and our lifestyle. Here GMTV star Lorraine Kelly shows in her trademark down-to-earth manner that you don't have to be a supermodel to look gorgeous, though you may well have to make some changes; it's all about attitude, eating healthily, doing enough exercise and enhancing your body shape by toning and slimming down (or even putting on a few pounds) if necessary. In this book Lorraine shares her own health, hair and beauty secrets and provides an effective plan for getting into shape and defying age.
